RETURN POLICY
Right of Return and Product Return
The buyer can exercise the right of return within the legal return period (14 days) and can send the product back if it is unused and in perfect condition. Opened products or products with damaged labels or packaging are not accepted for return. In the case of incorrectly delivered products, the seller will arrange for an exchange. The buyer is kindly requested to contact the seller before returning a product. Packages sent free of charge will not be accepted.
Disclaimer and Warranty
The seller does not accept responsibility for errors in images, prices, and texts. Upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, the seller is deemed to have fulfilled all obligations arising from the buyer's order, and the benefits and risks of the goods pass to the buyer. Taurus® does not accept any responsibility if the goods are not delivered directly by the carrier and are left at the door, in the mailbox, with a neighbor, etc. The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt and to notify Taurus® of any errors in writing within three days. In the case of defects, the buyer has the right to request an exchange or a discount on the purchase price.
