Taurus® Service Purchase Agreement
1. General Terms
All orders are accepted and processed by the seller based on the following terms. These terms are deemed accepted by the buyer once an order is placed. Any different conditions from the buyer must be specified in writing beforehand.
2.Products
All information provided about the products is not binding. The seller does not take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the product information. All information is subject to change at any time.
3.Price Information
All prices in the store are in Euros. VAT is not shown separately (exempt from VAT, §19 Abs. 1 UStG). Prices are quoted excluding shipping charges. Price increases are always reserved.
4.Orders
Orders placed by the buyer are binding and will be processed as received by the seller. The seller is not responsible for errors in entry or transmission errors made by the customer. The seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any order without providing a reason.
5.Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery times will be fulfilled to the best of our ability, but no guarantee is provided. The buyer cannot make any legal claims for non-compliance with delivery times. The seller cannot guarantee continuous availability of products and reserves the right not to deliver certain products that are out of stock. Products that are not delivered will not be re-delivered and must be re-ordered by the customer.
6.Payment Terms

Please indicate the invoice number during payment. Goods will be shipped immediately after the payment reaches our account.
7.Disclaimer and Warranty
The seller does not accept responsibility for errors in images, prices, and texts. With the handover of the goods to the carrier, the seller is deemed to have fulfilled all obligations arising from the buyer's order, and the benefit and risk of the goods pass to the buyer. Taurus® assumes no liability if the goods are not directly delivered by the carrier, for example, if they are left at the doorstep, mailbox, or with a neighbor. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify Taurus® in writing of any defects within three days. In the case of defects, the buyer has the right to request an exchange or a discount on the purchase price.
8. Right of Return and Goods Return
The buyer can exercise the right of return within the legal return period (14 days) and return the product if it is unused and in flawless condition. Opened products or products with damaged labels or packaging cannot be returned. In the case of incorrect delivery, the seller will offer an exchange. The buyer is kindly requested to contact the seller before returning a product. Packages sent with free shipping will not be accepted.
9. Ownership Rights
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until all current claims have been fully paid. The extended retention of title applies, especially.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be used for the purpose of processing orders and, if necessary, for sending our newsletter with the buyer's consent. It will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
11. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction and performance is 74336 Brackenheim (Germany).
Entry into Force
The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions (AGB) at any time. Changes will be announced on the seller's website and will become effective upon publication. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the new terms with their first order after the publication of the updated AGB.
The seller's AGB entered into force on June 1, 2024, and are continually updated.
